ATOMX1 provides web hosting, marketing and design services to customers. Our services may only be used for lawful purposes, and customers are prohibited from using our services to engage in any illegal or unethical activities, including but not limited to:
- Posting or distributing copyrighted material without permission
- Sending unsolicited email (spam) or engaging in other forms of online harassment
- Hosting illegal content or engaging in any other illegal activities
ATOMX1 reserves the right to terminate services and take legal action against customers who violate these terms.
Payment and Billing
Customers agree to pay all fees associated with their use of ATOMX1 services. Fees are billed on a recurring basis and must be paid in full by the due date. Failure to pay fees may result in service suspension or termination.
Intellectual Property
Customers retain ownership of all intellectual property rights associated with their content and data. However, customers grant 
a limited license to use, modify and distribute content and data as necessary to provide our services.
Limitation of Liability
ATOMX1 is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions or security breaches. Customers use our services at their own risk.
Termination
Customers may terminate services at any time by submitting a cancellation request. ATOMX1 reserves the right to terminate services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms.
