TERMS OF DOMAIN HOSTING SERVICE OR DOMAIN TRANSFER
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the domain hosting service or domain transfer provided by Atomx1 (“we”, “us”, or “our”) to the user (“user” or “you”). By using our domain hosting service or domain transfer, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our domain hosting service or domain transfer.
DOMAIN HOSTING SERVICE
We provide domain hosting service for domain names registered by the user. The user is responsible for ensuring that the domain name is registered and paid for on an ongoing basis.
We will use reasonable efforts to ensure that our domain hosting service is available at all times. However, we do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
DOMAIN TRANSFER
We provide domain transfer service for domain names registered by the user with another registrar. The user is responsible for ensuring that the domain name is eligible for transfer, including any transfer fees or other charges that may be imposed by the current registrar.
We will use reasonable efforts to ensure that our domain transfer service is completed in a timely manner. However, we do not guarantee that the transfer will be completed within a specific timeframe or that the transfer will be successful.
USER RESPONSIBILITIES
The user agrees to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations related to the use of our domain hosting service or domain transfer. The user also agrees to:
Provide accurate and complete information when registering or transferring a domain name Maintain the accuracy of registration and contact information associated with the domain name Ensure that the domain name does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party Indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, damages, expenses, or losses arising from the use of our domain hosting service or domain transfer.
TERM AND TERMINATION
These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by either party. We may terminate these Terms at any time without notice to the user. The user may terminate these Terms by discontinuing the use of our domain hosting service or domain transfer.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding our domain hosting service or domain transfer. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our domain hosting service or domain transfer, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Palestine without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website.
